This is a small victory. But this is FAR from Justice. Justice is when ALL men and women sworn to protect and serve the public are held to the same accountability as ALL other Americans; not just some. It’s when Black and Brown Americans will stop being the targets of a racist system that continues to subliminally declare that our lives don’t matter. Black, Brown, Asian and all other lives matter. This is just the beginning of a long fight. So tonight we celebrate a small victory but in NO way is this called Justice. The fight continues. 👊🏽
About time... but, this is just the beginning, boo. We gotta lotta mountains to climb.

DeleteThe fight is continual. A message I tried to get across. after my text was whited out due to the blog's tech issues I tried writing again this time with success. Its been hard to even respond because the reply box will accept safari some times and sometimes not. also it allows m to comment and reply on some of my devices. Blogger ! SMH
The facts were clear, prosecution presented the case well, jury did their job...yes, justice, but these things shouldn’t happen in the first place. Uptonking is exactly right ...there’s a lot of work to be done.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely! This battle was won, but there are so many more to fight until the war is won, until people like Kevin McCarthy and the white nationalist caucus and their supporters are fully eradicated.
ReplyDeleteMark and all, with the danger of being ostracized as a pariah I must say it is only now this great country is beginning to face reality, Not just 1 country(Anglo-Saxon origin); Not just 1 race(White, caucasian); Not just 1 religion(Protestant, non-Catholic) Yes the fight continues but at the same time we all must work together to make sure the old mentality subsides and one of acceptance is used. The US is truly what Emma Lazarus wrote at the dedication of the Statue of Liberty. A country open to accept all(just to say mildly)and one of MUTUAL respect. Mutual should be highlighted and put in cursive and underlined many time.
ReplyDeleteAs they say in French "Vive la difference"
Thanks and Have a great day everyone.

It’s hard to imagine a more perfect pairing than Andy Taylor and Alex Riley. The swarthy, olive skinned horn dogs dig into one another with pure porn passion, while kissing and stripping one another down.
