I used to call him the boy next door because he is very young. I would say he's in his early 20's; possibly 22 or 23 but not much older than that. However I shall correct myself and call him the young man next door since he is an adult and deserves the respect of being called a young man.
He looks like he’s Latin. He has dark brown hair, and what appears to be a smooth body. He is lean but he is definitely not skinny. And he wears his clothes very snug. He's usually in his work clothes that consist of slacks and a nice dress shirt and his hair is very clean cut.
The way those dress clothes hug his torso shows his shape well and those pants hugs his booty like poetry. Occasionally when he's not working, he will wear some shorts that are quite short for a straight guy in my opinion and a wife beater that leaves little to nothing to the imagination.
Every time I see him on his way to work I wanna stroke just seeing him walk to his car. Often I will check him out from my living room window to the office window next to where he parks in the apartment complex. I wonder what he would think if he knew I was checking him out every time I saw him.
We say hello to each other but that is the most of our conversations. I can't help but to wonder how I am going to get this young man naked to pose for me. I can't just ask him. If he says no I still have to face him every time we bump into each other. He is my neighbor after all. I guess only time will tell.
I hear ya. I'm sure you could capture him excellently. Two years ago I had a hot straight guy move here from Denver. He is sort of hipster, and a lumbersexual. We got talking while cleaning our cars off. When the power went out, I had a warm house with tons of candles, so I invited him over. Since then we have talked many times and even shared some beers and weed, from him when he visits. One night I dont know how it happened, but we ended up jacking off together, and its happened twice since. We never cross the line to others things, but I think there is a trust bond with us. I say talk to him any chance you get. Once you guys are comfortable, he with you, over time maybe he will pose for you, at least if he is comfortable with his sexuality.

And even though I find guys all the time to pose for me, most of the guys are guys that answer an ad I put out or a guy I will find on IG. I Never thought to ask anyone in my own neighborhood. And besides I'm literally old enough to be his father. I'm not sure how much i would relate to him on any levels. I know that as sexy as he is I really don't want to do anything other as getting great images. But I just don't want it to be a weird moment every time he sees me IOf he decides no.
DeleteIf he's dressing as you describe, he wants his body to admired. Nothing wrong with that. Maddie is right: Talk to him, say hello, engage him in conversation. Some day, when you're comfortable with one another conversation might stray to a place where you can ask if he'd be willing to pose for a photo shoot.
